Public Relations

• Develop actionable strategies to strengthen the presence of accounts / the clients.

• On-going media outreach to maintain senior editor contacts, development of new relationships and furthering social media strategy/contacts

• Engage and maintain relationship with key influencers and KOLs to effectively deliver brand key messages

• Monitor media and industry trends and intelligence and to develop relationships as a result of new initiatives and opportunities

• Media monitoring, preparation of press materials including but not limited to press release, pitching notes, public speech, develop the content for media, lining up media interviews and compilation of reports

• Plan, coordinate and organize press events and press trips

• Act as a point of contact for media inquiries for responsible accounts and clients

Project Management

• Facilitate and initiate project implementation of marketing, public relations, social media marketing, advertising and promotional activities for Japanese and local clients.

• Assist with project/event set-up and coordination with multiple service providers

• Establish partnership with internal & external partners to understand the business and develop plans to support key objectives for the client.
   

Social Media Marketing

• Assist in creating engaging social media content that are integrated into communication plans

• Amplify/promote news on social properties; update & maintain social editorial calendar

• Daily monitoring on social media accounts and implement community management according to the guidelines.
   

Account Servicing

• To develop excellent communication with all parties involved (the agency the client) and to follow through with all the developments on the accounts.

• Begin anticipating client communication & develop recommendations

• Daily communication with client and ensure client satisfaction
   

New Business Opportunity

• Develop strategic PR content for integrated campaigns for new and existing clients, and supporting the team in researching and preparing new business opportunities
   

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or other Business-related discipline

• Minimum 1-year relevant public relations, marketing communication or in media organization

• Fresh graduates will also be considered

• Candidates with agency background are preferable

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive.

• Self-initiative person who can drive the account and project independently.

• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese (N2 or above)

  • Agency background are preferable​

  • Previously working in Japanese company and interest in Japanese culture

  • Immediately available
